LandBank ATM Glitch Update


This update is long overdue, but I feel the need to post it anyway for the sake of people who would one day come across this post. (ATM Account Debited, Cash Not Dispensed)

LandBank said the money will be deposited back to my PNB savings account within 10 days, but it actually took 15 days! Money was withdrawn on September 6th and the reversal took effect on September 21st. Within this period, I checked my account thru Online Banking a few times a day. Haha. (As if it would help.)

Okay now, case closed. Though I am not happy at all with another reversal fee of Php 11.00. Sigh.





I just hope not to experience this unfortunate incident ever again nor to any of you! But then again, this kind of machine glitches happen everyday, we just need to know what to do just in case.

    Hi.. nangyari sken to last friday ( Dec 21 2012 ). Nag file kaba ng complain sa luob? Kasi yun sken di na ako pinag file hintayin ko nalang daw yun money na babalik sa account ko in 7 days. I was totally worried about this. Sana lang balik nila agad yun amount na di na dispense sken. :(

      Yes, yung guard on duty ang napagtanungan ko kaya nung sinabi nyang mag-file ako ng complaint sa LandBank mismo nagsadya ako talaga sa branch. Kailangan daw kasi i-notify yung bank.

      Nakaka-stress, di ba? Sana maayos agad yang sa yo. Sa kin kasi inabot ng 15 days bago nabalik sa account ko yung funds. :(

    Oo nga eh na pupurhisyo tayu sa di nman natin kagagawan. Sken kasi di ako pinag fillup eh. kasi sabi ng knausap ko babalik rin daw yun kahit di na ako mag report kasi ipapasa ko na sana yun papel.. i hope tlaga mabalik kaagad. 15 banking days siya bagu nabalik or 15 days lang?

      Actually, 11 banking days sya pala. :) So more or less 10 banking days nga katulad ng sinabi ng guard na nakausap ko.

      Ah isee po.. ok lang sguru tlaga kahit di na mag file ng complain kasi di tinangap yun papel ko eh kasi sabi ng babae babalik lang yan sure ako. heheh hay nako nakakatakot yan ganyan incedente talaga.
