For several years since my transition from a young and
free-spirited office girl to a hard-working work-at-home Mom (WAHM), I have been
sitting on my old computer chair 12-16 hours a day. And as much as I wish to
deny the effects of being stationary most part of the day, my upper back area
has begun to hurt like crazy. The pain gives me too much discomfort and
sleepless nights.
For fear that my back condition might get worse; I started to do some serious stretching every four hours in between answering support emails, link building and other tasks. And hopefully with exercise and a couple of body pillows, I will experience a comfortable, relaxing and peaceful sleep once again.
