I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for my American employer since August 2009. And over the years I have gained a considerable number of skills and expertise that ranges from simple data entry tasks to complex problem solving, project administration and management.

Concentration and focus is essential for me to accomplish my tasks right. One thing that used to give me headaches before is creating printable PDF reports.
